A thoughtfully conceived model for urban living, 500 West 21st Street is set apart by its scale, contextual sensitivity, and relationship to Manhattan’s unique and thriving West Side. The industrial character and history of the neighborhood is reflected in a refined interpretation of the district’s warehouse aesthetic, rendered in Limestone tile, metal, Crystal Glass slabs and field tile. The Sutton

The design of the Sutton Tower captures and balances influences from the neighborhood's industrial past, peak of Art Deco style and its mid-century optimism. With a carefully edited materiality, strong proportions and a thoughtful attention to architectural detail, by utilizing earth’s natural stones, Calacatta and Bardiglio, promotes a residential destination inextricably tied to its place.

The Astor

Recognizable by its three towers on Broadway, a restoration of the exterior limestone façade, Juliet balconies and copper cornice, gives way to an interior of meticulously refreshed living spaces that exquisitely unite old and new. Its light-filled three wings hold generously proportioned homes that display both classicism and contemporary comfort. Designed and complemented by stunning natural stone slabs, Haisa Light Wood Marble, and Crystal Glass, the interior is unmatched.
