Returns Policy
A 25 % Restocking fee will apply to all returns & cancellations. This will be deducted from any credit issued.
All returns must be pre-authorized before any credit is issued. Credit is only issued upon receipt and subsequent inspection by our warehouse staff. Please fill out the requested information about your desired return.
Material MUST be in their original cartons and original condition. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
No returns will be accepted 30 days past the invoice date.
Absolutely no returns on special orders OR Final Sale items.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please contact your local dealer for all shipping estimates and questions.
When shipping material ground, we are proud to provide shipping with SEALED AIR product to ensure your order arrives undamaged.
All pallet orders are insured, wrapped, and strapped to ensure no damage.
