Orders typically require 1-2 business days for processing after they are placed. Once your order has been processed and confirmed, our team will coordinate a pickup date.

Shipping & Delivery
Stonebridge offers several fulfillment options depending on the order type, quantity, and delivery location.
We offer:
- Warehouse Pickup
- Local Delivery throughout Long Island, New York City, parts of New Jersey, Connecticut, and Westchester
- Nationwide Shipping
Shipping and delivery charges are determined based on the size of the order, shipment method, and destination. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and scheduling.
All freight and palletized orders are wrapped, secured, and prepared to help protect material in transit. Our shipping program includes local truck delivery in nearby service areas as well as nationwide freight and ground shipment options.

Returns & Cancellations
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and standard order cancellations. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Stonebridge before any credit will be considered. Credit is issued only after returned material is received and inspected by our warehouse team.
- Material must be in its original cartons
- Material must be in original, unused condition
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
No returns will be accepted more than 30 days from the invoice date.
Special/custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return.
For special/custom orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order. If a special/custom order is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable.
Damaged Material Policy
Customers are responsible for inspecting material at the time of delivery or pickup.
Any damaged material must be reported to Stonebridge within 48 hours of delivery, and claims must include photos of the damage, packaging, and material received.
Damage claims may be denied if:
- The material has been installed, cut, used, or otherwise altered
- The claim is reported after the 48 hour window
Stonebridge is not responsible for labor, installation, delay costs, or any other consequential expenses related to damaged material.
