At Stonebridge, we proudly offer nationwide shipping for all in-stock products, as well as the option for local warehouse pickup at:

(Please provide 24 hours’ notice and receive authorization from our office before any pickup.)
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped from our Plainview, NY warehouse. We carefully package each order to ensure safe delivery:

Ground shipments are packed with Sealed Air protective materials.

Pallet orders are wrapped, strapped, and fully insured.

A Damaged Return Slip and instructions are included with every shipment.
Please note:
We do not recommend general carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) for shipments exceeding 200 lbs. If such carriers are requested, it is done at the receiver’s risk, and Stonebridge will not be held responsible for any resulting damage or loss.
Third-Party Pickups
If you assign a third-party carrier or freight service to pick up your order, that party assumes full responsibility for:

Inspecting the product quality

Verifying packing and crating conditions

Reporting any damages or discrepancies directly to the carrier
Stonebridge is not liable for damage, loss, or issues that occur during third-party transit.
Warehouse Pickup Policy

Pickup appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance by calling 516-597-4461.

Material will only be released with authorization from our main office.

All pickups require on-site inspection and signature.
Sample Orders
We offer free samples to help you evaluate our products.

Customers are responsible for all sample shipping costs.
