Welcome to Stonebridge. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our website, interactions with our team, and any order placements. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access our Services.
1. Overview
Stonebridge is a wholesale supplier of premium tile, mosaic, stone, porcelain, and ceramic materials. Our website is intended for informational and product catalog purposes only. All purchases, quotes, and transactions are processed directly through our team by phone or email, not via online checkout.
2. Qualified Dealer Responsibility
By purchasing from Stonebridge, you confirm that you are a qualified dealer or authorized buyer, capable of:

Advising end-customers on material characteristics, including natural variation in stone, tile, and ceramic products.

Requesting current lot samples or images to ensure expectations align with inventory.

Accepting the inherent variation that occurs in natural materials and manufacturing lots.
3. Order Confirmations
All written orders require a signed Order Confirmation within 5 business days of receipt. Orders will not be processed without a signed confirmation. If we do not receive the signed confirmation within 5 business days, the order will be canceled.
4. Pricing & Inventory

All prices, inventory levels, and lead times are subject to change.

Pricing provided in quotes is valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

All special order quotes are F.O.B. Stonebridge Warehouse unless otherwise indicated.
5. Special Orders
-
A 50% deposit is required to initiate all special orders.

Customers will receive 4-sheet factory images for approval prior to mass production. If not approved, the 4 sheets must still be paid for.

Remaining balance is due upon arrival at our warehouse; these balances do not qualify for credit terms.

All special orders are final sale.
6. Pickup & Delivery Policy

Pickup requires 24 hours’ notice and authorization from our office.

All deliveries are sidewalk delivery only. Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the order. A signed delivery slip confirms all items were received as listed on the packing list.

Third-party pickups assume full responsibility for material condition, packing, and claims.

Stonebridge is not liable for damages or shortages once the material leaves our warehouse.
7. Inspection, Damages & Claims

All material must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Installation voids any eligibility for return or claim.

All damage or shortage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt, along with photographic evidence sent to 516-597-4461.

Claims made outside of this timeframe will not be honored.
8. Returns & Cancellations

All returns must be pre-authorized and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

No returns after 30 days from the invoice date.

Material must be returned in its original cartons and condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

No returns are accepted for: special orders, installed materials, final sale items, or sample orders.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
All products are sold as is, with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Stonebridge disclaims any responsibility for material performance after installation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonebridge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Installation or use of our products

Delays in delivery

Third-party shipping damage

Changes in color, tone, finish, or natural variation
Installation of product constitutes acceptance of material “as is.”
11. Credit Terms
Credit terms may be offered to dealers who exceed $50,000 in annual sales. Terms may be revoked if:

Dealer becomes past due by more than 15 days

Dealer’s annual sales drop below the threshold
Once revoked, accounts revert to CBD (Check, Cash, or Credit Before Delivery/Pickup).
12. Privacy
Use of our website and communications with our team may involve the collection of personal or business contact information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
