Refund policy
At Stonebridge, we take pride in the quality and care of our materials. To maintain fairness and clarity for our customers and partners, we ask that all return requests follow the policy outlined below.
General Return Policy

All returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any credit issued.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Credit will only be issued after the returned material is received and successfully inspected by our warehouse staff.

Returned items must be in their original cartons and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Timeframe

No returns will be accepted more than 30 days past the original invoice date.

Installed material is not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Damage or Shortage Claims
We take packaging and delivery seriously, but in the event of a damaged or incorrect delivery:

All claims for damage or shortage must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Photographic evidence is required to process your claim.

Do not discard or write on any packaging until the return is approved.

Claims must be submitted by calling 516-597-4461 and sending required photographs.
IMPORTANT: Installation of material voids any eligibility for return, refund, or claim processing.

Samples are provided free of charge, and customers pay only for shipping.
